The sign will be with brown paper on the back side of the acrylic, To protect the acrylic don’t get scratched, the clients can tear it off once get the sign.
The base real effect will be transparent acrylic.
Process: Using high-transmittance acrylic as the bottom plate, first engrave the outline of the design on the acrylic. We manually bend the neon strip and fix it on the floor, and finally connect the wires and light up to test the effect. Each step is to be carefully crafted.

How long will it take to make the sign?
All signs are ordered to make. Generally, I need 3-5 days to make it. It will be delayed if too many pending orders. Please tell me if you have an estimate delivery date.
What are the neon signs made of?
All our signs are handmade to order using premium flexible neon LED piping, with proprietary PVC molding technology. This LED piping is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing which is cut to shape. Our LED neon signs are designed to replace traditional glass neon signs. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatterproof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets
How long will the neon sign last?
The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly!
What if I have a problem with the neon sign?
All of our neon signs come with a 12-month warranty, meaning that we will replace it in the very unlikely event that you have any issues with it.
Do you accept returns or cancellations after the order?
All our neon signs are shipped in full premium protective packaging consisting of plastic wrapping, bubble wrap, solid cardboard edge protectors & solid cardboard boxing. This is to ensure that your neon sign arrives to your door in perfect condition.
